AGREED PROPOSAL WITH THE CLIENT

I have written a proposal, which was approved by my client,  of what I will deliver and how, to my client in order to achieve best results:

Kashka Neri

Kathryn O’Kell - Woodcarver artist

Consideration
At the moment Kathryn hasn’t got established identity as such.
Her work is always highly recommended but usually by word of mouth or it is being continued with same clients and displayed at same galleries to attract the audience. It is vital and paramount that the identity for Kathryn is established. At the moment she has a web page embedded within St. David’s Studio Gallery, which hasn’t really expanded on her work.

Apart from that Kathryn has business cards, which as discussed were done in “a hurry”, without consideration of who she is and what she does. Optimizing her recognition and as a result increasing her sales via variety of branding elements will be of great importance.
Also the letterhead, which has black strip with the name on it, needs improving.

So, how will it be done?
I will create a logo in order to establish her identity, along with a mark/sign derived from the logo that will be associated with her work, which she can use on her artwork.
I will create a business card and a compliment slip
I will improve the letterhead
perhaps a Photo book or other format of a book to document her work and passion towards nature would be an advantage

As discussed with Kathryn creating the above with sustainable material, where possible, will coordinate and portray her work to maximum.

 in the future
As Kathryn constantly creates new artwork I will suggest implementing these within some of the mentioned above.
Creating new leaflets about her upcoming new exhibitions, update new postcards reflecting her new work as well as articles as well as I will suggest she would benefit from a website or even her own blog as a starting point.

Timing
The scale to complete the work: December 2012
